The plumber behind the truck
All County Plumbing is owned and operated by Jimmy Shively. He’s been in the trade about 14 years — long enough to have seen most of what can go wrong in a house, and honest enough to tell you when something doesn’t need fixing.
Jimmy started out doing residential new construction, plumbing homes from the ground up. In 2021 he hung out his own shingle in Fruitland as a one-man operation, working on quality and straight dealing. Word got around. It’s grown from there, but the idea hasn’t changed: do good work, charge a fair price, and treat people’s homes like you’d want yours treated.
Today the company works out of Payette and covers the whole corridor east to Boise — Fruitland, Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, and the towns in between. A lot of what we do is water: the valley’s hard water and the water heaters it wears down before their time. We handle the everyday stuff too — leaks, repiping, remodels, gas lines, and the calls that can’t wait.
What you can count on
- The owner does the work. No call center, no rotating strangers. You get Jimmy or someone he trusts.
- Straight pricing. We tell you what it’ll cost before we start.
- Local, for real. Based in Payette — not an out-of-town company advertising in.
- Licensed and bonded. The work is done right and to code.
What neighbors say
All County Plumbing has been so helpful for my recent plumbing needs. Jimmy is quick to respond, is reasonably priced, and has become my go-to for anything plumbing related. I feel grateful knowing I finally have a plumber I trust.
Jimmy came and was done in less than 2 hours — and this was a water heater replacement, one of the more difficult jobs to do. Amazing! His work was thorough, efficient, and excellent.
I wanted to change out my kitchen sink but didn’t know where to start. Jimmy came highly recommended. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No hidden fees, showed up on time, and cleaned up after himself. I will be using him again. Highly recommended.
